Press Release: MORE MINIS OPENS THIS WEEKEND

For the last few years, every January, we at Deep Space Gallery relaunch our annual small works show as “MORE MINIS” with an expanded lineup of artists and the addition of brand new pieces. There are now more than 350 pieces of affordable art by over 60 artists in the gallery. We will be opening this recurated-reboot show this weekend and we would love to see you and celebrate this New Year together! As with the Gigantic Miniature Show, artworks from the MORE MINIS show can be taken home with you at the time of purchase — instant gratification!!

Please join us THIS SATURDAY night from 7-11pm or THIS SUNDAY night from 6-9pm for our two-part opening reception.

In the meantime, we would be thrilled to see you TONIGHT from 6-8pm at an off-site exhibition opening in the Hamilton Park neighborhood of downtown Jersey City. “COLOROLOGY” is an eight artist group exhibition curated by *wandering lights projects*, a curatorial team comprised of Deep Space Gallery’s Jenna Geiger and Keith VanPelt and elevator studios’ Shamona Stokes. COLOROLOGY celebrates the multifaceted impacts of color and features the work of five artists on the Deep Space roster and three new artists who we are so happy to be working with. The artist lineup for this show includes Sarah Fairchild, Ben Fine, George Goodridge, SarahGrace, Jenn Martinez, Macauley Norman, Bryant Small and Stephen Wuensch. We hope to see you tonight — the entrance to the Hamilton Square building is on the pedestrian walkthrough at 232 Pavonia Avenue between O Kafe coffee shop and Madame Claude Wine shop.
