Artist at Work Extravaganza aims to give safe and thoughtful ways for humans to enjoy art and interact during this pandemic. The New York art scene has been dismantled and this a rebuilding step to bring back the old NYC funk!

Come or watch online as Michael Alan works live on multiple pieces simultaneously in his iconic fast-paced performative style. He will paint large canvas, create sculptures, small drawings, collage, large scale, small scale, and mixed media works inside his 6th floor walk up art studio in the Lower East Side. A selection of available works will be exhibited. Meanwhile, Jadda Cat performs as “Boxhead” creating cardboard body art and puppets.

BOOM at 4pm we all go up to the roof as the art couple slaps themselves silly with all paints, materials, costumes, toys, and become ever changing living sculptures in front of the skyline!

What is it? A transformative chill mediative and completely out there get together that leads into the return of the long awaited LIVING INSTALLATION. The Living Installation is back with their first live performance since they had to shut down last March!! Dynamic art duo Jadda Cat x Michael Alan transform their faces and bodies into wacky messy living works of art in non-stop comical insanity! This long anticipated return will be on an expansive rooftop allowing for live art making in front of the magical Manhattan skyline with the ultimate atmosphere!

Tickets allow access to both parts of this event. Rain or shine!

All proceeds help bring back Living Installation, a 20-year DIY NYC punk goofball performance.

Address is provided via email upon sign up.

Link to view online via youtube will be sent out at 2pm on April 24th and can be rewatched for one month.

The live feed {unlike various zzz zoom meetings} is fully engaged up close insanity with bloopers!!!

All ages. Masks required. Silly masks encouraged.
