New York, NY – With the launch of their NFT exhibition EAREHAB, graffiti artists and founders of the legendary IRAK Crew, Mike Irak aka Rehab and Kunle F. Martins aka Earsnot, bless the walls of Superchief Gallery NFT with a joint exhibition featuring pieces from both artists respectively. Known for shaping the graffiti landscape and culture of New York across the 5 boroughs spanning 10 + years, Rehab and Earsnot have come together embarking on a new digital landscape leaving their mark in the most innovative of ways, to bridge the best of tech and the graffiti community, shuffling more eyes to the art form. This latest body of work reflects on the evolution of graffiti as an art form, taking the art from the streets to the screen. Opening on Friday July 23rd and on view through July 30th join us for a complete experiential event.
Recently premiered on billboards across Tokyo and heavily influenced by his time in Japan in the early 2000’s, “Revenge of the Hood Ninja” and “Pipo Kun” encompass the nostalgic influences of Rehab’s New York upbringing and his love of Pixar. A visceral expression of his dream video game, Hood ninja merges the retro ninja archetype with the swagger of a native New Yorker. Serving to convey modern reality with an iconic twist, Pipo Kun is a reflection of Rehab’s interactions with police and Japanese culture as a whole.
Earsnot also known as Kunle reimagines his classic tag as a genesis NFT representing his own evolution as an artist. For the past 20 years Earsnot has honed his skills as an artist and graphic designer while expanding his skillset to encompass business, fine art, and fashion sectors. Firm in the mindset that he is constantly evolving and never dying, Earsnot’s classic tag has been repeated over and over across multiple landscapes, and now indulges the digital space transforming into a logo that serves as a reference to others amongst the community that there is no limit to growth.
All works will be unveiled to the public, minted as NFTs, and prepared for a live auction during the opening reception.

ABOUT SUPERCHIEF GALLERY
Superchief Gallery was born out of the underground art scene of New York and is now as an independent artist-run gallery with permanent large scale warehouse locations in New York City, Downtown LA and Wynwood, Miami, founded in 2012 by Edward Zipco & Bill Dunleavy.
As a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform, Superchief Gallery has a near 10 year history of supporting artists from disparate scenes & collectives, enabling them to participate in the larger cultural movement and we are proud to act as an extension of the art landscape in its most raw and honest form.
Superchief Gallery has been working with digital artists since 2015 and when we saw that NFTs were enabling the artform of our generation to finally be accepted by the art world at large- as well as and more importantly, enabling Artist Royalties – we committed fully to this essential future by opening the world’s first physical NFT gallery in NYC.
Our goal is to show a new generation of art collectors how to properly evaluate and collect NFTs from both Digital Native & Traditional Artists as well as visually presenting how to live with NFTs as the newest part of their collection at home.
Superchief Gallery NFT is working alongside the hardware community at large to create the industry standard for the contemporary art world — presenting NFT artwork IRL as the artists intended it to be experienced.
