The Table & Gallery Presents: “Resonance” — A Multidimensional Showcase of Visionary Artists
NYC, June 1st at 3pm — The Table & Gallery proudly announces its upcoming exhibition, Resonance, a compelling group show spotlighting a diverse range of voices across visual art, sculpture, and fashion. Anchored by featured artist Alan Cary Egre, the exhibition explores themes of identity, sustainability, and transformation through immersive, tactile, and evocative works.
Adding another layer of depth and reach, Resonance will also be filmed as part of the Awe in Art Films docu-series—highlighting the creative process, artist stories, and behind-the-scenes moments from the show. This collaborative production aims to broaden the impact of the exhibition and bring the experience to a wider audience through film.
Featured Artist: Alan Cary Egre
New York City-based sculptor and trained opera singer Alan Cary Egre leads the exhibition with his intricately woven wire sculptures. Rooted in a creative upbringing in Wisconsin and shaped by a lifelong engagement with music and design, Egre transforms repurposed materials into spatial compositions that echo the elegance of origami and architectural rhythm. His work is a testament to the harmony of sound and structure—where visual form resonates like a musical score.
Supporting Artists
Megha B Kumar is a rising visual artist and Yale undergraduate whose large-scale portraiture examines the visibility and empowerment of women. Drawing from her Indian heritage, Kumar fuses painting with 3D materials like fabric, jewelry, and modeling paste to create richly textured portraits that celebrate both cultural legacy and female strength.
Maxine Hoover, a New York City painter and curator, presents experimental self-portraits born from deep introspection, meditation, and time at sea. Her ethereal paintings, often created on reclaimed sails, blur the boundary between physical and spiritual realms—evoking surrender, vastness, and elemental stillness.
Debuting at The Table & Gallery is Annesia Allie New York, a fashion label known for its refined, globally influenced designs. With over two decades of experience in luxury fashion, Annesia Allie creates garments that are as much about storytelling as they are about elegance—fusing craftsmanship with cultural memory in every piece.
“Resonance” invites viewers into a space where visual and emotional frequencies align, celebrating each artist’s unique voice while amplifying the collective impact of cross-disciplinary creativity.
