Urban Art Exhibition #20
AN UNAUTHORIZED ART EXHIBITION
IN PUBLIC SPACE AT NEW YORK CITY
We represent the Urban Art Team, a group of graffiti artists from Munich and Berlin in Germany, organizing street art exhibitions since 20 years in collaboration with several partners such as a film festival, a museum of contemporary art, public funding and private companies.
Since the team’s 10th anniversary the collective visits a european country abroad once a year, inviting graffiti artists from all over the globe to have an exhibition in the public space together. During the last years we visited the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Poland and several other countries for our project.
For our 20th anniversary in 2023 we are planning to go another step and bring our exhibition to the streets of New York this year. We already have the confirmation of over 20 artists from all over Europe to submit artworks and are confident that there will be a diverse pool of artists joining in. The plan is to come to New York between 21st and 29th of October.
