As part of our anniversary series, here’s an article from Issue 4: Politics – INDECLINE, the world-renowned art collective came together at the millennium’s turn, a coalescing group of ideologically wayward youth. While painting freight trains, as these coalescing groups of wanton youth were wont to do in those years, they realized perhaps they should spread more than their own names. Today, INDECLINE is a veritable provocateur in shocking ‘artivism’ that snatches viewers from their daily routines.
