Like a circus coming to town, the inaugural London Mural Festival rang throughout the streets bringing bright colors, masterpieces, and hope to England’s capitol. Londoners were able to safely traverse their own neighborhoods by bike or foot to share in the collective catharsis of new murals that spoke to the grief, love, and resilience resonating from 2020.
