The French village of Horgues lies nestled in the shadow of the Pyrenees Mountains, straddled along the Spanish border. Settled in the Southwest of France, gentle hills and lush greenery pervade this picturesque landscape, a pleasant snapshot of pastoral France. With a population of ~1,200 people, this quaint town would hardly seem the site for an international street art festival. Yet despite appearances, one sunny September weekend, this quiet village commenced the first edition of the Enz’Horgues Festival.
