UPFEST is the largest gathering of street artists in Europe (even though we’re not in Europe anymore, and could just as easily have ‘Scrawliest Part of That Island You Remember From Paul Mescal’s Instagram’ emblazoned on the website). Bristol is where it all began for the UK scene. And UPFEST has been running for 16 years. I have arrived to see why.
