The Third Edition of the Zagreb Street Art Festival Kicks Off Today with a City Center Tour

ZAGREB – Today, Thursday, June 19th, marks the opening of the third edition of the Zagreb Street Art Festival, a rapidly growing urban cultural event that celebrates street art by both local and international artists.
The festival opens with a Street Art Tour through the city center, starting at 4:00 PM. During this unique walking tour, participants will have the chance to experience an impressive 20-meter-long art installation featuring works by over 250 artists from around 40 countries. The installation offers a vibrant look at the diversity and global reach of street art, right in the heart of Zagreb.
Following the tour, the official festival opening will take place at the festival’s main venue, Garden Club PRI NAMI, located at Zakmardijeve stube 4 in downtown Zagreb. Visitors will be treated to live painting sessions by acclaimed European street artists: the Belgian-French duo Cool JC & Zazou Lgr and Swiss-French artist Jinks Kunst, both known for their visually striking and socially engaged work.
The day’s program also includes interactive fun for attendees – ART HUNT, a prize game that encourages visitors to explore and discover hidden artworks across the venue.
The day will conclude with a dynamic BreakDance performance by the MegaBlast dance crew from Velika Gorica, followed by a DJ session featuring Krispy Kris (Zagreb) & Boshko Tours (Pula), who will set the vibe spinning diverse and energetic tracks from the DJ decks.

ZAGREB, June 19, 2025 – Organized by Grupa Zid and the KUDA Association, this year’s edition of the Zagreb Street Art Festival kicks off on Thursday, June 19 under the motto: “Connecting Cultures Through Art”!
Once again, the Zagreb Street Art Festival will transform the city into an open-air gallery, where walls become canvases and art becomes a shared experience. Spanning three days, from June 19 to 21, the festival offers a rich program hosted primarily in the courtyard of Garden Club “Pri nami”, while the festival film GIRL POWER will be screened at KIC cinema, and street art tours and the Art Hunt winning game will take place throughout the city center.
At its core, the festival is a platform for emerging artists, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration across borders. Through live mural painting, workshops, performances, panel discussions, and guided tours, the festival brings together local and international artists to engage the public and foster lasting artistic connections.
With more than 250 artists from 44 countries having participated in previous editions, the festival has grown into a global hub of street art, linking Zagreb and Croatian artists with their peers from France, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Germany, and many other countries. By including artists of diverse styles and backgrounds—including underrepresented voices in street art—the festival ensures a vibrant exchange of artistic traditions and fresh creative perspectives.
